This is the first post. It’s not the first post I’ve ev­er writ­ten on this site, but it’s now the first one this site con­tain­s.

I was nev­er much of a “blog­ger” per­son­al­ly, though I do en­joy writ­ing. Through my work as Py­Con’s pub­lic­i­ty co­or­di­na­tor, I wrote some­where over 200 posts for http­s://py­con.blogspot.­com/ across the five or so years I held that po­si­tion.

Out­side of that, this site used to have maybe two dozen posts across the last ten years. They’re all fine post­s, but I felt like start­ing from scratch.

So here we go…
